CHRISTMAS JOURNEY…DAY 14

Vainly we offer each ample oblation;
Vainly with gifts would His favor secure:
Richer by far is the heart's adoration;
Dearer to God are the prayers of the poor.

Ok. This time we are gettin' the snow. It is so beautiful. The kind that piles up on everything like flocking, or frosting. Wonderful!
Merry Christmas!

HI GRIZZ -
I love the river view in Winter - all seasons but I am a Winter gal. And the sentiments expressed are wonderful.

We are hunkered in as the storm approaches and picks up intensity. All is well and snug.
Love to you
Gail

Debbie…

It's looking pretty Christmasy here today. (See today's post.) We have carols playing and are trying to get decorations up—some, anyway. Merry Christmas back at ya!

Gail…

We're fine here…got a bit of new snow, but nothing serious. Quite pretty, though—reminding me why I so love winter. The woodstove is going, music is playing, good eats are cooking. A fine day, snug and happy here beside the river.
